Registration and Arrival Check-in Procedure - Check-in time is 1:00 pm - Check-out time is 11:00 am - Five people per site are the maximum. - There is an additional fee of $10 to add a tent to your site (space permitting) or a $5 fee for each additional person. - Trailers pulled in addition to RV’s will be accommodated as we have room. - We will charge $10 per day to lodge these trailers but they will have to be approved before arrival - Tent campers may reserve an RV site, but tents are not allowed on sites with campers unless approved in the office first. - While each park attempts to accommodate your exact spot request, the on-site manager has the ultimate decision for spot placement. Reservations Policies - Reservations are not guaranteed as to actual location unless lock fee is paid. - 4 Guys RV Park will make every attempt to accommodate your request. - Check in at the Camp Store upon arrival, if you arrive and the store is closed, check in the following morning after the store opens. - Eight people per site is the maximum. - There is a $5 per person per night fee for each additional person over 5 people. - There is an additional fee of $10 per night to add a tent to your site (space permitting- call office to confirm) Pets Policy - We love pets, especially dogs, but dangerous pets and dogs with an aggressive nature are prohibited. - All pets must remain on a leash. - We have 2 Dog stations and provide waste bags. We ask that all waste be picked up and placed in the containers provided or in the dumpsters at the front of each entrance. - There will be a $5 charge for each pet per stay. Fireworks Quiet Hours - Begins at 10:00 pm and ends at 8:30 am. - Children 12 and under must return to their site by 9:00 pm. Playground - Playgrounds are closed from 8:00 pm to 8:00am. Bicycles - Bicycles must return to site at 9pm. Pool Policy - Open from 9:00 am to 9:00pm. - You may be asked to leave if you are ruff housing and creating a nuisance that interfere with the enjoyment of others. - Pool privileges are for paid campers only and rules must be observed. - Swim at your own risk. - There is no lifeguard on duty. - While park personnel may be present in the pool area, they do not have lifeguard training. -An adult must accompany all children under 12 years and those who cannot swim. - An adult must accompany all children under 16 years and those who cannot swim. Vehicles - Only 2 vehicles are allowed at a site. - Visitors must check in and park in designated areas. - Camping is an outdoor experience. - No refunds provided due to the discomfort of nature. - No refunds will be made for early departures. Speed limit - Throughout the park is 4.4 mph. Prohibited - Generators, Disorderly Behavior, Walking through other peoples’ sites, Washing of RV or Vehicles, Oil Changes and Lubes, Do not cover grass with mats, carpet, etc. Damaging trees. - No liquid waste of any kind may be dumped on ground or in dumpsters. - Parents/caregivers are responsible for appropriate behavior of their children. - Be aware of where your children are and what they are doing at all times. - Children 12 and under MUST be supervised in the bath house, game room, pool and restrooms. - Parent/guardian will be held financially liable for damages caused by their children. - Fireworks - Generators - Disorderly behavior - Walking through other peoples’ sites - Washing of RV or vehicles - Oil changes and lubes - Mats, carpet, etc., covering grass - Damaging trees - Liquid waste of any kind dumped on the ground or in dumpsters - ATV riding in the park, but you can park your ATV/trailer at your site Golf - Golf carts are permitted, but drivers must have a valid driver’s license. - NO child is to drive golf carts for any reason. - No loud golf carts permitted. Parking - No parking on grass. - Let it grow, let it grow! - Be kind to the trees too! - They want to give you shade one day. Neatness - Keep your site tidy. - Do not put or leave trash in the Firepit. - Place trash in the dumpsters at the entrances. Video / Camera Surveillance - Property and Buildings are monitored. - Customer grants to 4 Guys RV Park, its representatives and employees the right to take photographs of guests and their property in connection with the above-identified subject. - Customer authorizes 4 Guys RV Park to use and publish the same in print and/or electronically. - Guests agree that 4 Guys RV Park may use such photographs of them with or without their name and for any lawful purpose, including for example such purposes as publicity, illustration, advertising, and Web content. Additional Long Term Rules - Payments are expected in advance. - We do not prorate monthly rent. - There is a 3 day grace period on rent after the 3rd day you will be charged a late fee of $35 daily until caught up. - We will not take partial payments. - We reserve the right to ask you to leave within 48 hours if behind on rent or Campground rules have not been followed. RV Policy - RV must be well maintained and in overall good condition. - Only one RV per site. - We have the right to refuse site based on condition of RV or Camper. - Motor homes should be drive-able and campers must have a tow vehicle available to move at all times. - We have had some flooding issues in the lower campsites in the past during severe weather. - We try to give advanced warning but weather is unpredictable and you must be able to move to another area or site if needed. - The RV owner must be living in the rig. - You can not Sublet your camper or site. - Only two vehicles allowed at site. - Vehicles must be in running condition. - Guest must check in and park in areas provided. Waste Policy - Site must be kept neat and orderly. - Only furniture intended for outside camping is permitted No clothes lines or laundry hanging outside. - Storage tubs with lids may be kept neatly under your Camper. - Trash must be taken to the dumpster daily. - No structures such as concrete blocks, skirts, decking or Dog houses are allowed. Dog Policy - Dog waste must be picked up from site daily. - No digging of holes by dogs. - No dogs causing a nuisance or continuous barking. Washing - Hoses must be routed in and orderly manner and long water hoses must be coiled up for mowing and weed eating. - No washing or working on vehicles, oil changes, etc. Alcohol Policy - Drunkenness or misconduct will not be tolerated. - No Warnings will be given. - All Monthly guest must provide a current contact number in the office. Emergency - In case of Emergency during office hours call the office at 606-663-4444 or after hours 911. - Guests will be responsible for electricity usage during their stay and will be required to keep a credit card on file for charges.
