Registration and Arrival Check-In Procedure - Check-in Time: 3 p.m. - Check-Out Time: 11 a.m. - While each park attempts to accommodate your exact spot request, the on-site manager makes the ultimate decision regarding spot placement. General Rules and Policies: - No jumping on the mattresses - No sharp objects, such as knives - No glass - No climbing on the center pole - No climbing on the inside/outside walls - No confetti or silly string inside the tent - No fires or candles inside the tent - No pets - Even though our tents are treated for flame retardancy to meet CPAI-84 standards, please do not light candles or fires inside the tent. - Please do not leave children unattended in the tent Terms & Conditions - When a reservation is made on this website the credit card entered will be charged 100% of the total due for the reservation. - Adirondack Safari guarantees a tent and site in the category reserved on the dates reserved. - If upon booking the card on file is declined, our booking agency will make 3 attempts to reach out for a new payment method. - If the 3 attempts fail, your reservation will be canceled to make room for new bookings. - Tent sites are not assigned when booking online. - Cancellations on reservations must be made at least 10 days prior to the reserved check-in date to avoid the loss of your deposit. - All guests will be required to sign a waiver of liability upon check-in. - Liability insurance prevents us from allowing pets at the campground. - Any damage done by the renting party to any Adirondack Safari property will be the responsibility of the renting party. - Damages or missing items from the tent will be billed to the credit card on file. - Any noise that can be heard after 11 pm at neighboring tent sites is not acceptable. - We give two warnings and the 3rd will result in eviction from the campground with a refund pro-rated for the hours you have not used for your stay.
