Airport Landing RV Resort is a newly constructed, airport-themed RV park celebrating airplanes, pilots, and anything related to flight. Situated on 13 rural acres on the outskirts of historic Navasota, Texas, the park has campsite views of aerial activity from the nearby Navasota Municipal Airport. A courtesy car is available for transport between the RV resort and the city airport.

Registration and Arrival
Check-In Procedure
- Check-in is between 1 PM and 6 PM daily.
- Check out is noon.
- All monies due must be paid upon checkout.
- While each park attempts to accommodate your exact spot request, the on-site manager has the ultimate decision for spot placement.
Reservation Policy
- If this is a group reservation, your signature on the terms and conditions verifies that you will be responsible for your entire party, knowing and abiding by the policies.
- Each site reservation includes an RV and ONE other vehicle.
- Additional vehicles must be registered with the office, or by text or email in advance, or upon arrival,l and may need to be parked in our vehicle overflow area.
- Airport Landing RV park is primarily a travel & seasonal park, offering camping on a temporary basis, and is not a residential community.
Pet Policy
- A maximum of two domesticated pets is permitted per RV site.
- Pets must remain on leash (not tied) and under control at all times.
- Dogs cannot be tied up outside the RV without the owner present.
- No barking dogs.
- Limit 2 dogs per site.
- No aggressive dog breeds (see list on website).
- Any pet in your RV is an approved breed (see Pet policy in Park Rules), and you will text or email us copies of their proof of rabies shot in advance of your arrival.
- Any pet that shows aggression must leave the park, or else the owner must vacate.
- Visitors to the park may not bring pets. Although the same policies apply, we welcome all well-behaved service animals.
Mail Policy
- All packages received here are delivered to the RV Park office and should be picked up daily.
- Do not use the park address for any other forms of mail.
- Long-term guests must have a P.O. Box for mail.
- Packages are accepted at the Park office when open.
Rates
- Site Fees are due in advance or on the due date by credit or debit card only.
- Rates quoted or charged upon reservation or arrival are subject to change at any time.
Visitor Policy
- All vehicles visiting you MUST register each time they visit, with the office or by phone, or text (name, plate #, car type/color, and guest visiting).
- Registered guest (Licensee) is responsible for informing additional registered guests or visitors of all policies of this License Agreement prior to entering the RV Park.
Quiet Time
- RV Park quiet hours must be observed from 10 pm to 7 am daily.
- All children under 18 must be on their site by 10 pm.
- No disturbing noises (stereos, musical instruments, yelling, barking dogs, etc.) at ANY time.
- Be especially considerate during the quiet hours of dark to 8 AM.
Fishing Policy
- Fishing and swimming are currently not permitted.
- All guests and visitors must observe all NO TRESPASSING and take care to remain on park property only.
Parental Supervision Required
- Must be accompanied by an adult.
- Parents are fully responsible for the behavior of their children at all times.
Utilities Policy
Water/Sewer
- A sewer hose, “donut” or “L” connector is required. If you will be here longer than 28 days, you also need a means to keep your sewer hose elevated off the ground with the expandable pipe holders available.
Electric
- All sites with a stay of 2 weeks or longer and all electric vehicle users will be billed separately on their credit card on file at the current local electric company rate.
RV Park Prohibited Items and Activities
- Firearms are prohibited in the RV park (including pellet and BB guns).
- Motorcycles, go-karts, dirt bikes, and motor scooters: operation of these vehicles is prohibited in the RV park, except that motorcycles may be driven to the RV site only.
- Campfires are not permitted.
- No outside storage sheds or freezers are permitted.
- No auto work permitted at your site.
- No washing of RVs or vehicles at your site.
Grilling and Fire Safety Guidelines
- Grills may be lit when not under a Grimes County ban.
- When grilling, please be considerate of the direction of the smoke so it doesn't disturb neighbors.
Grass Access Policy
- No vehicles are permitted on the grass; only foot traffic is permitted on the grass.
Condition Of RV & RV Site Policy
- All rigs and vehicles must be in working order as long as they are at the park.
- RVs and trailers must be less than 10 years old or receive prior approval from the park before making a reservation.
- All RV sites must be kept neat and in good repair with no permanent structures.
- Storage of items should be behind a screen.
- No window A/C units.
- LPG tanks over 30 pounds are not permitted, and propane tanks outside the RV cabinets are not permitted by order of the Railroad Commission.
- RV sites are licensed for temporary use only.
- Owner reserves the right to ask Licensee to remove any item on the site.
- Licensee agrees to surrender the RV site to Owner in similar condition.
- The area around and under the rig must be kept clear of excess equipment, debris, and stored items.
- No tarps, window units, broken windows, etc., while staying at the park.
Speed Limit
- Park roads are posted at 5MPH.
- Speed is monitored by cameras.
- Repeat offenders may lose their vehicle privileges under this license and/or be asked to leave the park.
Garbage Policy
- Dumpsters are for household trash only.
- Move all outside trash to the dumpster daily.
- The site must be kept clean of trash.
All pet waste must be picked up.
Insurance Requirements and Personal Liability
- Licensee agrees to carry RV & vehicle liability insurance and comprehensive insurance, and current vehicle registration during the term of this document.
- The licensee will furnish proof of insurance to the RV Park upon request for both personal and recreational vehicles.
By agreeing to these terms, you agree to be personally responsible for all property you bring into the park, whether your insurance covers it or not.
Vehicle and Parking Policy for RV Sites
- Each RV may park ONE vehicle in most sites.
- Motorcycles ARE vehicles.
- Extra vehicles are $10/month each, must be operational, and must be parked in the overflow parking if the site cannot accommodate them.
- RV sites with Electric Vehicles will be charged separately for electricity used during the stay.
- Unregistered vehicles may be towed at the owner’s expense.
RV Park’s Right To Terminate
- The owner may terminate this License for any reason by providing Licensee a notice for Licensee to leave the RV Site (“License Termination Notice”).
- If Licensee IS NOT in default of the license agreement, a 3-day notice and refund will be provided.
- If Licensee IS in default of the agreement, no prior notice or refund will be provided.
- Acts considered in default of the license agreement are listed on the Airport Landing RV website under the policies tab.
Credit Card On File
- The licensee will provide the Owner with a valid credit/debit card to keep on file.
- Charges will be made on the card for unpaid fees or for any damages.
- A statement of any fees charged will be provided to the Licensee.
Dry Storage
- For RVs or other vehicles being stored at Airport Landing RV Park, Licensee agrees to keep the terms of the License Agreement even if the Licensee is not physically present at the Park.
- Removal of vehicles from storage must take place during office hours.
Severability
- If any provision of this Agreement is held illegal, void, or unenforceable in a judicial proceeding, such provision shall be severed and shall be inoperative, and the remainder of this Agreement shall remain operative and binding on the parties.
Reservation Of Rights
- Owner reserves the right to amend these rules without prior notice to Licensees.
- The owner further reserves the right to refuse entry on park property to any person and to eject current Licensees without a refund.
- The below signed Licensee and all other members of Licensee’s party represent that all of this information is true and complete and authorize verification by any means.
- False information given shall entitle the Owner to reject this license and/or terminate the Licensee’s right of license to a site.
- False information may also constitute a serious criminal offense under the laws of this State.
Theft Of Service And Criminal Trespass
- According to texas penal code secton 31.04, a person commits theft of service if, with intent to avoid payment for service that the actor knows is provided only for compensation, the actor intentionally or knowingly secures the performance of the service by agreeing to provide compensation and, after the service is rendered, fails to make full payment after receiving notice demanding payment.
- “Intent to avoid payment” is presumed if the actor absconded without paying for the service or expressly refused to pay for the service in circumstances where payment is ordinarily made immediately upon rendering of the service, as in recreational vehicle parks.
- That is, any guest who leaves without paying for site services or who refuses to pay for site services when due may be subject to criminal prosecution.
- We will prosecute any violations under the “theft of service law.”
- According to Texas Penal Code section 30.05, a person commits an offense if the person enters or remains on or in property of another, including a recreational vehicle park, without effective consent and the person had notice that the entry was forbidden, or received notice to depart but failed to do so.
- That is, any guest who receives notice to leave and refuses to do so may be subject to criminal prosecution.
- If we ask you to leave, you must vacate the RV park property.
- We will prosecute any violations under the “criminal trespass law.”
Cancellation Policy
MODERATE
If the guest cancels at least 1 week before your check-in day and time, they will receive a full refund (minus Spot2Nite convenience or resort fees). If the guest cancels within the 1 week before check-in, there will be no refund.
